Originally made for setting and turning out individual jellies or aspics, it’s just as lovely today as a decorative piece of glassware. Use it the traditional way for beautifully shaped desserts, or repurpose it as a butter mould, trinket dish or little catch-all on a kitchen shelf or dressing table.
